https://www.jcep.org/elc/2023

Extension Professionals, specialists, and administrators are invited to share their expertise at the 2023 Extension Leadership Conference (ELC). The purpose of the conference is to support and challenge Extension Professionals in their leadership development journey nationwide, across all disciplines. This conference provides education focusing on leadership and management skill development which are critical for building confidence in today's Extension Leaders.

As we meet the challenges of delivering effective, relevant Extension programs, we encourage proposals that are original, engaging, significant, high quality, clear, and relevant. All skill-building sessions, workshops, and posters will allow time for questions and answers. Please clearly state the intended outcome of the presentation. A presenter's teaching methods should incorporate techniques the participants will be able to replicate.

There is a wide range of themes that may be considered, including but not limited to: People skills, Process skills, Effective Communication, Leadership in a challenging world, People Management, Effective Virtual and In-person Components for Extension Programs, Evaluating the Impact of Extension Programs, and Critical Perspectives on Social Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
