Refund Policy
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing and mailed to jcepoffice@jcep.org. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- All refunds will be issued 4 to 6 weeks after the event.
- Refund requests dated at least 30 days prior to the event will be granted in full less a $50 processing fee.
- Refund requests dated 14 days to 27 days prior to the event will be granted at fifty percent (50%) less a $50 processing fee.
- Refund requests dated less than 14 days prior to the event will be not be granted. - Refund appeals due to an emergency will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the JCEP President. - All appeals must be made within 30 days of the end of the conference for which the refund is being requested.
If paying by check and registering for the Early Bird rate - payment must be made within 10 days of the Early Bird deadline - or the late fee will be applied to your registration.
