Registration fee $515 

2026 Extension Leadership Conference (ELC)

Theme: Visionary Leadership in a Connected World 

Early Bird rate $515 (until January 9th)

Optional tour $40 (until January 9th) afterward $50

Late Fee of $100 (January 10 and later)

 Refund Policy

- Requests for refunds must be made in writing and mailed to jcepoffice@jcep.org. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

- All refunds will be issued 4 to 6 weeks after the event.

- Refund requests dated at least 30 days prior to the event will be granted in full less a $50 processing fee.

- Refund requests dated 14 days to 27 days prior to the event will be granted at fifty percent (50%) less a $50 processing fee.

- Refund requests dated less than 14 days prior to the event will be not be granted. - Refund appeals due to an emergency will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the JCEP President. - All appeals must be made within 30 days of the end of the conference for which the refund is being requested.
